VOCAL PRESENCE & VYPers

Vocal Presence and our youth division VYPers are LGBTQ+ choirs, founded by Transparent Presence after realising that many established choirs do not meet the needs of gender non-conforming people.

Our mission is to provide a musical experience where it is safe and encouraged to be your true self, singing within your natural range and learning to extend this when desired whatever your gender presentation.

Members do not need to be able to read music or have any singing experience to join - a love of music is all that is required.

We sing a wide range of music from show tunes to country, Disney to pop and more! Our members often suggest songs that they think we would enjoy.
