This is what our ally businesses promise to the community.

Serve everyone respectfully and inclusively regardless of gender identity and sexuality.
Respect everyone’s identities, names and pronouns at all times.
Avoid gendered language when unsure of an individual’s pronoun e.g. use “they” instead of “he” or “she”.
Give freedom of access to use whichever toilets an individual feels most safe and comfortable using for their gender identity.
Challenge anyone displaying LGBTQ+ phobic attitudes to ensure everyone feels safe.
